Also contained in this recent image drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a legend identifying various sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
